A lovely sidewalk leads to the entrance of the house which opens up into a stylish living area clad in neutral tones. An open kitchen and dining area are visually connected with the living space on one side and with the gorgeous outdoor garden on the other. Stylish sliding glass door blur the lines between the interior and the backyard while a contemporary floating staircase leads to the top level which houses the master suite and the private terrace.

The key to creating a modern glam loft is knowing when to hold back. This look is every bit as subtle as it is stunning. While not as luxe as a penthouse featuring mirrored furniture and Hollywood Regency flair the glamour comes from the little things: a marble surface here and there a shiny light fixture or a geometric patterned rug. Clean-lined furniture keeps the elegance in check.

The lowest floor is the Ski Room where there are lockers a powder room a wall of ski-boot warmers and a small enclosed ski repair room tucked in the corner where you can hone and wax your skis near the Guest Laundry Room. From this lower level you can ski directly onto the slopes.
