Nestled on the beautiful banks of Whitefish Lake in Montana this stunning pool house and spa could easily be confused with something that originated in the Far East. Instead of starting from scratch the architects converted the existing living areas into cozy bedrooms and other private spaces while a brand new wing was added to accommodate a new living room dining area and kitchen. Opening up into the yard this new extension is clad in Australian Hardwood while a metal cladding lends able support. The design is simple efficient and reminds us of prefab metallic homes. Large sliding glass doors connect this entire area with the yard in a seamless manner.
The dining room includes two pendant lights with shiny drum shades a sheer curtain to divide the space from the kitchen and bright touches in the form of flowers and produce… The home office is just as elegant as every other space in this loft. A vintage desk and credenza seamlessly blend with the Nelson Ball Pendant Lamp. Floor-to-ceiling drapes create a sense of height while modern artwork and a patterned rug continue the chic theme set in the living room.
Large glass windows and walls define the façade of the house that has been structured to showcase the pool and outdoor living area as the focal point of the design. Designed by Minarc a spacious interior that is refreshingly airy and open complements this outdoor dining and deck area perfectly.
